Brake rotor for Japanese cars models

Assuming harsh circuit driving exposed to high temperatures, this is a genuine replaceable brake rotor to support circuit users who dare not upgrade brake capacity.

With harsh circuit driving conditions in mind, a non-slotted design has been adopted.

An assured and reliable domestic product with stable quality and accuracy, it uses a bench-rated fin structure tailored to different vehicle types to improve distortion at high temperatures and cold condition performance.

Allowing for the various ways heat may damage the rotor, the internal fin structure illustrated below has been designed to improve cold condition performance by effectively reducing rotor temperature.

“1 piece type FC cast iron heat treated brake rotor”

The” IDI” logo has been engraved 1mm deep on one side (outer surface of the disc). When the logo fades, it indicates that it is time to change the rotor.
The surface of the rotor disc with the special heat treated straight fin structure will have a thin grey skin due to the special heat treatment process.

FC cast iron alloy (HARD) disc side will be the normal rotor disc side.

Brake rotors without special heat treatment are treated with corrosion proof coating on the bell hat.
